Who is Erin Colleen Smith…

 

I started baking and decorating cookies back in 2012 when deciding on favors to make for a surprise 60th birthday I was hosting with my mom.  I had grown up with the love for baking and have so many wonderful memories of standing over the mixer in awe as I helped my Great Aunt concoct the most delicious treats.  So it makes perfect sense how I would eventually be standing over a mixer in my own kitchen, trying to recreate those same exact recipes.

I absolutely adore the reaction from happy clients and love that I can help to make their special event unique. Over the years, I have been lucky enough to make cookies for major life events like weddings, birthday parties, baby showers, graduations and other special occasions.

Nothing gives me more satisfaction than knowing my cookies are helping to make people smile a little more!
